The All Roads Lead to Whithorn Trust consists of seven volunteer Trustees: Hazel Smith, Kirsty Currie, Keith McElrea, John Wilson, Bhupendra Amin, Christopher Nicholson and Julia Muir Watt.

The NTH is managed by a small but dedicated staff – Fergus Melvin and Lizzie Koronka.
