Join the team at Bravehearts ABC

Bravehearts boxing club was formed in 2008 and has produced District, Scottish, British and Commonwealth champions, with boxers competing in over 24 Different countries world wide. Bravehearts are now situated in the top floor of the NTH in a purpose built boxing gym with state of the art facilities. 

Boxing helps to promote fitness, balance, co-ordination and confidence, whether you just wish to maintain your fitness or learn the art of boxing : all members are welcome.
